Lately Bob and I have been travelling around Mindanao. I like it because I learn more and more about Mindanao while we go to different places. We meet up lots of people along the way too. We also tried some of the food that the place is famous for. Bob and I just got back a week ago from Tugaya in Lanao Del Sur. It was really a fun trip. Seeing those people from that place makes moro kris, brass ware, wooden drums and furnitures was more fun. I think its 99% of the people that live there are muslims. They really are nice people. Today my son was asking me if we can cook. I told him yeah. We will try to cook this new recipe that I got last night. It's churro. Costco has it before when we still lived there. Hopefully it will turn out good though when we make it. I will cook lots of stuff and I will share the recipe if it will taste good. ;-) I will post some recipies here sometimes. Back In The Philippines For Good!!!!

A lot of you probably wonder why we went back here to lived. Well, in 1999 my whole family came here to visit. Me and the kids stayed here for over a month while Bob just stayed for 3 weeks because of work. When Bob was home in the States by himself one night he called me up and told me that he thinks that it would be better for us to lived in the Philippines. At first I was thinking maybe he just missed us, it might get better when I get back to the States.
