Wow, somehow i felt i can relate to you soon once we move there. Husband is really crazy about the whole plan of living there in davao(im from mati btw). Right now we are looking for an expat realtor/or an expat that knows about properties especially around davao area since he decided not to build the house in mati because it’s a long drive to the big city.
