Wow, I can't believe it that it's already the end of summer here. Our kids will go back to school on monday. It would be a start for us to be busy. Our kids have to wake up at 5:30am because they had to be in school by 7:40am, be there till 3:30pm. Since the Bankerohan bridge was damaged I am not sure what time would the carpool guy pick them up. I have to talk to him about the schedule. It really worries me that the kids might have to get up earlier than 5:30 now due to the damage of the bridge. I hope not though. Sad/ Happy Day

It was a sad day for us yesterday. Gladys, the manager of our company www.wowphilippines.com who has been with us for seven years just left yesterday to go to the States. She will be marrying Carlo, who is from New Mexico. It's really hard to say goodbye to her. She's just like a daughter to me and Bob. When Gladys started working with us she was just few months shy of graduating for her college. As a typical filipina, she's very shy and naive. Now I'm proud to say that she's like a sophistacated lady, very mature in mind, very intelligent woman. I'm really happy seeing her grown a lot in knowledge upon working here with us. To all the Mom out there Happy, Happy Mother's Day. I hope you guys have a good mother's day. I received a message from somebody last sunday and said that " Motherhood is a tough 24 hour job: No pay, No day off, most often unappreciated; and yet resignation is impossible!".
