For the past month I have been making meringue here in my house. Bob saw the recipe on TV and he let me see it when they showed the segment again. I just memorized what the chef said and made a few changes. It's really an easy recipe to make. I am lucky because I had my nieces and my kids who are into cooking also. So now, I will just tell them to make it, and in less than 20 minutes of preparation then its in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, really until the top of the meringue turned color brown.
