Squash pancake everyone!
Well, Thanksgiving is over and yet we are dreading on what to do with the leftover pumpkin puree. Luckily Bob was so resourceful in finding new recipe for me to cook. Sad ending of the year!
It really is sad to end the year right now. I am talking about what happened in Northern Mindanao just a few days ago. I was really shocked. The Cagayan de Oro & Iligan were caught off guard in the early dawn a few days ago when Typhoon Sendong hit Mindanao.
